This is the one I ended up buying, though I got two: one for kosher salt and one for flaky finishing salt. This salt pot has a pivoting lid which closes with a magnet. Marble is an unfussy material that is easy to clean with a damp cloth and won’t rust or fade like other materials. This is a beautiful olive wood salt cellar/salt keeper. It has a removable lid, which I’m not sure is 100 percent necessary for salt storage, but I figured the option would be nice.
